Last week, the Triangle Pond Management team gathered for a company breakfast to kick off the day together, and it was a great reminder of what makes our team special.

With plenty of bacon, sausage, pancakes, eggs, and good conversation, the morning gave everyone a chance to step away from the usual routine and simply connect. Moments like these go beyond a shared meal—they strengthen relationships, build trust, and reinforce the teamwork that carries through every project we take on.

We’re grateful to everyone who showed up and helped make it such a strong turnout. Time spent together outside of the field and office matters, and we truly value the opportunity to pause, share a meal, and appreciate the people behind the work.
